This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced teachers and HLTAs to deliver a tailored curriculum offer in order to meet the social emotional needs of the students within the group. To encourage attendance, aspirations, self-esteem and confidence within all areas of the students’ lives. At all times to be a role model to the students and support the wider work of the school as a whole.

Experience or interested in working with students with SEMH- which affects their ability to regulate and manage their emotions in daily life and interactions.
Collaborative working with other professionals and staff across the school.
Build positive working relationships with students and their families.
Adaptable to meet the needs of all the students.
Ensure that both well-being and academic success are at the centre of all decision making.
The successful candidate will hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Salary: £20,456 (actual salary £17,495)
