Here at Maplefields we are very proud of our young people and all that they achieve. The Sports Leaders have increasingly worked with other schools to run events, coach and support other children and to be ambassadors for the Academy.

“As a visiting school we were impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the sports leaders. All leaders knew what they were doing on each station and gave plenty of attention to those pupils that were struggling so they understood what they needed to do. The leaders represented their school fantastically well. Even when 1 leader took some time out as he was struggling himself the other leaders encouraged him to rejoin the team and finish his job, showing good teamwork. Well Done”
