SMILE

The smile@maplefields videos started at the beginning of the first lockdown. We realised that children at home were not always able to engage with school. We hadn’t really started using Zoom or Teams meetings to show our faces to  the children at home and so these short videos became a way to say ‘Hello’

The aim from the start was to be kind, happy and not too serious. We wanted to raise a SMILE.

As time continued and situations changed we have found many more ways of contacting children and their families when they can’t be in school.

These pages remain a useful way to keep in touch and to share fun.
